Adoption rates and satisfaction scores come from the Tech Stack study, an independent study run with the Sciences Po School of Journalism. Adoption is the share of questionnaire respondents citing the tool; satisfaction is the average score out of 10 given by its users. No score is published below 3 responses. Vendors cannot influence these results: they can only complete the presentation of their tool (description, case study, website, logo).
